1. Digital Services

All purchases on Telegradia are for digital services including promotional listings, premium placements, and subscription plans. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally final.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery
  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Service not rendered as described
  • Request made within 24 hours of purchase and before service activation

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have already been activated and delivered
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are processed via cryptocurrency. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refunds will be processed to the original payment address or an alternative address provided by you. Transaction fees may apply.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your Telegram username
  • Transaction ID or payment reference
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date of purchase

6. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days depending on network conditions.
